A spectacular cliff-top house in eastern Sydney designed by Luigi Rosselli Architects. Its scissors shape makes this building stand out from the rest of the neighborhood. It is settled in a great location with beautiful views, overlooking both Queens and Centennial Park. The outdoor space is shaped to form spacious terraces and children’s play areas.
You can see the use of high-quality materials like the wooden flooring, glass facades, and timber shutters. Also inside it is all about the design.
Spectacular views as far as the eyes can reach.
A clever idea is the use of a large skylight which creates the light well through the middle of the building.
A great architectural achievement by Luigi Rosselli Architects.

“It is not the beauty of a building you should look at; it is the construction of the foundation that will stand the test of time.”
