A recipe how to make a healthy smoothie with chia seeds. Most of the time I start off my day with a homemade smoothie. It is very healthy and I love the taste of it. It is very easy to make especially with the NutriBullit.

INGREDIENTS:

  •  one apple
  • one pear
  • one golden kiwi
  • one carrot,
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • lots of fresh ginger
  • cranberry juice
  • and a splash of water
  • some chia seeds

Finally mix all together for 30 seconds in the Nutribullet and there you have your tasty smoothie. Use the mint leaves as a finishing touch for decoration.
